Since 2013, Colt has worked with many insurance agency owners to help them double and triple revenue with unique and innovative marketing and sales strategies. Colt has participated in several regional and national Carrier advisory groups and agency networks and been actively involved with some of the largest and fastest-growing agencies in the country. After graduating from college, Colt founded his own business and grew it from a one-person start-up to a thriving company with several divisions complementing the first service he offered. He is dedicated to sharing this first-hand knowledge and experience with the AAI agents he works with. His greatest passion is people development, personally and professionally.

Meet Steve Woodworth
Steve Woodworth has been in the insurance industry for over 27 years, and his experiences spans a full spectrum of agency ownership, agency education, as well as agent recruitment and carrier relationship management for insurance agency groups. Steve was a recipient of the 2016 Travelers’ Agent of the Year Award and State Auto Insurance’s first ever Distinguished Contribution Award.
Besides his family, Steve feels his greatest achievement is helping agents start and grow successful insurance agency businesses.

Meet Elaine Logsdon
Elaine Logsdon, CIC, AU, API is an Independent Insurance Industry veteran with three decades of insurance sales management experience, previously working for several notable insurance carriers, as well as an independent agency group. She has geographically expanded markets for insurance carriers and assisted independent agencies to achieve significant growth in revenue, market share and renewal retention. Elaine is a long-time member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. She has received several awards in her career, including the distinguished Accolades Award from Grange Insurance for her impact on the enterprise. Elaine lives in the Greater Columbus, Ohio, area with her husband, Shawn, and enjoys outdoor activities, music, and spending time with family and friends.
